Return of Damaged or Defective Products

Return Policy If you receive a package of Guatemalan organic coffee that is damaged or defective, we offer the option to return it for a replacement or a full refund.

Notification Process Please inform us of the issue within 14 days of receiving the order. Provide details and, if possible, photos of the damaged or defective product.

Verification and Return Once we verify the issue, we will coordinate the return and provide instructions on how to send the package back.

Return Costs Kishé Organics will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective products.

Change of Variety

Flexibility in Subscriptions We understand that tastes can change, so we offer the option to change the variety or blend of coffee in your monthly subscriptions.

Deadline for Change Requests You can request a change of variety or blend up to seven days before the next scheduled shipment.
